I´m play headsup cashgames and my current limit is nl50.

so since friday when i started the coaching for profits programm, i setet up a lot of stuff and did more organizing stuff than playing.

i structured my month in working, playing poker, learning, family time. my wife is really in love with this idea because now i dont have no more excuses not sharing time with family ;-). i personally also believe this will have a positive influence on my life. after getting used to this structure i will add also doing sports as a fixed element in my agenda.

i have a starting bankroll of 5k dollar, which i splittet now to 7 diffrent networks. off tomorrow i will start grinding regularly. my goal is to play 100k hands a month. my feeling for this right now is that i wont bring this volume, since waiting on multible talbes brings less traffic. i was used playing pokerstars zoom, this was great to that time, because i could play like start and stop. but for now no zoom, we ll see how things work out.

today i had a very small session, it was more a test if everything in holdemmanager is setet up correctly like HUD, player alias, rakeback etc..

standard call preflop, villain checks flop so my basics though here is he dont have a flushdraw cause he would bet ( ofc i would note that and adapt when he proofs me im wrong). turn i make a bet because i have to bet to win the hand and villain folds to bet oop 67%. he called and river brought up my straight. riverbet was for me here clear value since i dont give him the flush. so i had his range on AJ or TQ, Q7. he miniraised my riverbet. if he would have raised bigger i probalby would have folded, but here i called.

villain is a aggro 3bettor so i concider Q90 is a call here. i hit on flop my OESD + 1 overcard. villain is contibetting alot in 3 bet pot on flop on turn. in this hand im not sure whats the best play. maybe you could help me out here. imo i have here 2 options.

Option1: is raising flop and getting it all in. even though i think when i get it in on the flop i dont get more than 50%

Option2: calling flop and shoving turn when not hit to fold out all his crap.

–> sadly i played the hand compeltly diffrent than i think now about it. i think call on turn is not good because i dont know how he plays the river, and if he does shove river and i dont hit i have to fold. luckily he checked and i had to bluff here to win the hand.

would be nice to get some feedback here!

villain donked flop, i hade to raise my 2 pair, preparing to fold if he overshoves. he just called and flush came up. i had to bet to see where im standing. luckily he raised me staight on turn and i dont give him the skills to bluff here. so i just folded.

am i right? or someone calling here turn once? and when calling, why?

my month so far is going ok, not much traffic latley, but its getting better every day. had a day with alot of sucksout, but thats ok, i can handle that pretty good and have almost no tilt issue. but i still wanna try to increase my playing hours besides my fixed learning hours.

in these days god is testing me more than ever if i really can achieve my goals.

my last 2 seessions after i learned the standard lines, i had to stopp loss. didnt have that for a while, so its not a good feeling.

since i started the CFP Programm my PC started not to work proper anymore but it was kinda ok. so 2 days ago the nightmare came true and it totally srewed up.

Unfortunatly i had to work the whole weekend from in the morning up to in the night, so not really time to repair stuff. And ofc on monday a coaching session. so much pressure on my shoulders.



BUT there is one sentence from Gordon i dont get out of my head. GET YOUT **** DONE!

so i only slept like 4 hours the last 2 days and setted up my PC brand new, learned in my breaks at work and here i am.

optimized everything, pc is fast and clean and i feel damn good, besides im very sleepy. but its ok i will do everything to achieve my goals.

im not in my comfort zone atm, but you guy remember for sure thats where the magic happens,



on wednesday i my holidays start so i can put in more volume as usuall. i will keep you updatet then with my progress.

just came back from a short trip from my wifes family. god bless im home again. now the rest of my holiday i will put in way more volume as during working weeks. so far im running good, doing nothing new under the sun but **** works.

latley im doing, winning constantly, hoping i can play soon nl100. last days i learned more than i played but still pretty good results.

good morning guys,

my bankroll is now almost 6K. That means since starting the CFP programm i generated 2k profits. my coach gave green light for nl100.

and i already had my first session on nl100 which went out verygood. at least in EV and not in money. but im looking forward to it.

Next stop to go is nl200 means earning another 20 buy ins. so lets go for it.

this is my graph of the week so far. nl100 is still working out fine. another 10 buy ins to start nl200 and im very exited to get there.

learned alot this week and played alot, tomorrow i will take some quality time with family and enjoy the last sunny days here in germany.

im doing better and better latley, the learned theories worked out very well. for me it was hard in the beginning to get the old theories out of my head.

NL100 is working out still good. 10 buy ins to go for nl200.

not much to update since last post. i catched a cold and couldnt play much because couldnt really focuse on playing. even though i tried but the results didnt justify the time effort. so relaxed the last days and tried to get better.

so my first week at nl200 was good even though i was often very unlucky, but who cares as long you make good decisions, and i do.
so its alot of fun on nl200, this is where you can really earn a huge amount of money.
today i learned 3 hours and played for 10 hours so i was very hard working.

today i had a very very weird session. i played the whole time break evenish and couldnt really win a pot. and just ijn 5 hands it boostet up my winnings from zero to 300 and after that i also couldnt win any pot anymore. but ok, its still profit :-)

today was a good day, everything went out how i wanted to. so good profit. next stop NL400
