Decided to play a late night session of 25 reg tables and got absolutely pancaked unfortunately lost most of the big pots. Tilt called my first hand in a while too which i am very pissed off about as i've been good with rgds to that lately. Will take another shot in a few days
Was having to fold so many spots this was the straw that broke the camels back

Hey man looks like you got unlucky in some spots but dont let the runbad make up for poor play as well. Its best to be honest with yourself and on downswings its the best time to work on your game because leaks are more noticable.
I believe that the 1010 hand and QQ hand you can get away from. Shoving over the 4bet is being snappd when your dead
Keep going! I played you some 10 or 16nl zoom, had you marked as fishy reg but cant remember why
haha sn?.. confirmed fishreg

Definitely agree w TT however i still would play QQ the same way given the other players. BB was short stack fish who was donking off tremendously and i'm only dead by KK+ VS btn which is a small part of his 3bet range otb. Just happend to run into top top of their range like i have been doing in general last 2 days.... Vs fullstack reg in bb play would be different ofc
But agree that you shouldn't attribute it all to runbad and it's a good time to look at some aspects of play which need work
I think something that would help your tilt and your mental game is to not check your results/bankroll everyday. Check it once a week or once every 2 weeks or something.

I think that is down to the player imho. I know that I would end up so tilted not being able to know where I am.
Ty, yeah not tilting is super easy when you are way up on the month. With rgds to not checking results, i find this quite hard but something which i may try to implement as a lot of people have seen a big benefit to not doing so. So i will not look at monthly results but just copy results onto here for the occasional day.
Today i played purely 25z but i am super tired today and have little time. So was a short session, few interesting hands
Preflop: Hero is SB with K K
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.75, CO folds, BTN calls $0.75, Hero raises to $3.25, BB folds, MP calls $2.50, BTN calls $2.50
Flop: ($10) T 5 9 (3 players)
Hero bets $6.50, MP calls $6.50, BTN raises to $34.55 and is all-in, Hero calls $20.98 and is all-in, MP folds
Turn: ($71.46) J (2 players, 2 are all-in) River: ($71.46) K (2 players, 2 are all-in)
Spoiler:
Results: $71.46 pot ($2.00 rake)
Final Board: T 5 9 J K
BTN showed 6 A and won $0.00 (-$30.73 net)
Hero showed K K and won $69.46 ($38.73 net)
MP mucked and lost (-$9.75 net)
Just bad, i missread the sizing on the river due to being tired and low concentration levels and it is probably bad anyway as people probably can't bet fold a set here
Disregarding pre (there was 2-3 nits on the table) Maybe i should be jamming turn, i thought with the redraw it would have been ok to x back but once river pops off and he continues i can't see us being good often here even given the good odds
Was quite hesitant posting this as it's been a very very tough few days. I tried to play through the variance but i've hit a string of cards that i didn't think was possible. I'm getting to the point where i'm consider x/f AA in 3bet pots (obv not literally but you get my drift) my vpip pfr 3bet has decreased significantly and it's affecting a lot of my play. A few buy in's attributed to spew but majority is i really just can't win a hand. Too many coolers to post. I think 2 good days and i can bring it back. All i can do is try and play well and minimize mistakes and i'm sure it will turn around. But atm i am in a real struggle. Nearly all 25nl
Yeah looks pretty brutal man, game feels pretty broken when you run this bad.
Keep your confidence/focus up, make sure your paying close attention to your mental state.
Tightening up isn't a horrible idea, you want to get out of this down swing asap and if that means dropping some slightly +ev spots to keep yourself from tilting, your far better off for it.
Ouch. Looks like a brutal last few days. It's easy to post graphs and stuff when it's going well but obviously less fun when you're on a bad run. Kudos for being honest though and showing the downswings too.
Might be worth just taking a day or two off and then coming back to it with a clear head and out of that "can't win a hand" mindset though.
Well done on a good February btw and GL for March, hope it turns around!
cheers guys it ****s with your mind so hard but i know i'm playing the same as last month and i will just keep trying to play my best. Most important thing is to quit sessions when it's getting to me atm though as thats when the money can really burn. I'm trying not to have a losing mentality but its hard. Time to get my head down and grind
standard swing, you have to EXPECT this everyone now and then, not cry over it.
no offense but if you are going to post stuff like this don't bother at all. I'm posting my experiences of a downswing, i don't believe i've ever said i don't expect a downswing nor am i "crying over it"
