That gives each chip a value of $.01... that pot was 2985 chips, or $29.85... with AA vs KJ you were an 87% favorite to win the hand, he was 13%... therefore based on the percentage to win, you should have won $25.97 worth of chips, and he should have won $3.88 worth of the chips... therefore you would be -$3.88 EV... I also assume HEM would know if any K's or J's were mucked and they could take that into effect as well...

That sounds right, and that's why the EV graph for tournaments is sketchy to me.
