Hi 2+2! After countless hours reading forum posts on here, thought it was about time I finally made an account and started posting!
My name's Andy and I'm 19. I work a full-time job but have aspirations, similar to every other fish at the tables, to become a poker pro.

I've been playing poker for about 6 months now, so I'm still new to the game. I used to play 6 tables of 10NL on 888 but now I've moved to stars so I can add more tables.

Currently I'm playing 16 tables of 5NL (Which of course wouldn't be possible without table ninja) but making silly decisions alot of the time. My bankroll is $400, so more than enough for 5NL, but I'm just getting used to mass tabling.

Anyways, I thought it would a good, and hopefully interesting, to continue my challenge to reach 10 tabling 25NL, aswell as reach GoldStar Status.

Current Position
$400 BankRoll
Purchased HEM 2
Trialing Table Ninja
Chrome Status
200 FPP's
16 Tabling 5NL

Goal by Feb 31st (2 Weeks Time)
$500 Roll, not inc. RB
Silver Status
Play 20k Hands

I intend to post results and graphs, with interesting hands when I see fit.
Hope you Enjoy!

I note that the following picture is just what my graph is since I started on Stars, just so you aren't confused when you see 5k hands randomly tomorrow.

Day 1a

Managed to put in an hour or so today, hopefully will be able to squeeze another out tonight.
Ran and played exceptionally well, guess it was the first 2+2 post luck. Won over 3BI in just over 1k hands.

Currently on 214 VPP's so should easily reach SilverStar by the end of the month, especially since I plan to go into lockdown mode next weekend and play like 10k Hands over 2 days.

Hope you enjoy!

Day 1b and 2

Started off well, but then stacked off twice within 2minutes on different tables, silly play I guess. Put in the work to bring back to even, slight tilt but feel I'm overcoming that factor everyday. Still alot of work to do this week. Happy overall though, just annoyed about stacking off TT to a higher overpair, horrible to play for me.

Can someone review this KK hand?
Is there anyway to lay this down?

For the KK hand make a bigger raise pf, you barely made it over a min raise and a turn check raise usually indicates extremely strong but at that point you can't really fold I suppose.

    Day 3

Only managed to play 1k Hands or so, as you can see ran exceptionally well in the marginal spots, but did have to make some horrible folds, like the one below, which explains the EV drop around the 9.2k mark.

Only given out one bad beat so far, alot of 70-80% favourite hands that I haven't lost yet.

Happy overall though, alot of room for improvement. It gets annoying when people keep leaving/sitting out of alot of my tables.

    Target Progress for February

$440 / $500 Bank Roll (Not Including RB / Bonuses)
263 / 500 VPP's (Need to put in roughly 24 Hours in the next two weeks, could be close)
    5.5k / 20k Hands (On Target, roughly 18 Hours

Graph below for Progress so Far

Can someone help with this hand!!!??

Is this a call on the river? or do I check the turn..?
Had to double check there wasn't a FH on board

Yeah good fold, I wouldn't expect a fish to donk bet half pot as a bluff too often. Besides, you'll have straights and smaller flushes to bluff catch with, so top set can be a fold.

      Lockdown Mode

Apologies I didn't post on here yesterday, so it's time for a lockdown session.
I plan to play 10k hands this weekend, and to some that may not sound alot, but to me, it is.

So first session I sat down I took a different approach, I thought I'd tighten up, and it worked up until a point...

So first hour results are here:

Made some really nitty folds, and got punished in the following two hands....thoughts?
In regards to the TT the turn call was an attempt to drag the fish on the left in, the aggressor was a reg.

Make your 3bets bigger, when they open 3x then make your 3b atleast 9bb.. vs whales you can go even bigger.
In the KK hand you were 125BBs deep, you are giving him good odds to call with his pairs and suited connectors
