I put my villains on ranges in every hand i played. I have to do this in every session from now on . If i feel i get to lazy to concentrate on these things like putting them on ranges and thinking about all my options in every singel hand i play i have to take a break or even force myselfe to quit.
Of course i made mistakes yesterday but i did improve a ton in valuebetting and i hope i can keep improving in this part and all the other parts of the game in the future.

So, i played bad the day before yesterday and quit my session after 700 hands.
Played my c game and was not concentrated at all.

Yesterday was a bit better and i played 2.2k hands and was on my C to B game.
This is yesterdays graph

My main mid term goal right now is to get a better EV bb winrate for my next 100k hands.
So it is really important to put in the work day in and day out.
I know that i will be on my c game 40% of the time i play. Maybe even more.
But i have to recognize the times when im on my worst game and make sure to think more and better to achieve a consistent higher level performance.

    vs fish.
I checked back flop because i dont want to face check/raise and pot control.
He snapped my turn bet so i was pretty sure he had a ten, maybe a draw.
I overbet river because he calls everything if he has a ten and folds all missed draws no matter how much i bet.

I was sure his 4b range is wide here so i see no point in pushing all in.
On the turn i thought it is best to check it back and let him try to steal the pot on the river as we have just a pot size bet left.
