I mean really I think its about 2 things why I've been getting good consistency:
Mainly I've been running pretty well. However I also play short sessions. When you play short sessions this means by time you get to fts you only have 4 or 5 tables left, and can focus way more, and pick up on dynamic better. I find a lot of edges that I think some other regs might not pick up on.
Other thing someone pointed out to me on skype is that I dont actually shove that much, I raise call way more or sometimes raise fold. For example with 17bb stacks sometime I will raise fold, where as most regs just ship or fold because they're playing loads of tables. It is exploitable I guess but till now I've not been exploited that much and I think its lowered my variance.
Your graph looks decent, and fwiw I agree with playing smaller fields if you're running bad, I will play more 45s if I'm downswinging to try get out of it.
And if you upload a 15min vid I'll try give feedback similar to that I did for DanteA in this thread.

Just wanted to say if you reach your goals it will be a real achievement, I don't think I'd be able to drop down and grind the microstakes as hard as you have if I bustoed/cashed my roll, must have been real difficult after playing 55s+/majors etc, so you should be very proud of yourself for rebuilding in the manner that you did, it must have taken a great deal of discipline!

ah okay, lol, googled images and found your pic. looks a lot prettier now that i've seen it big, cause on stars tbh it seemed/looked really ugly and tilted me
