Just deposited $50 into my FTP account and plan on grinding 4-10 tables of
2nl. I plan on moving up when i have 30 bi's for the next stake level. I was grinding 25nl but cashed out my roll about 4 months ago. Hope to have a 3k roll by end of 2011. Will try to post graphs/hh's whenever possible.

best of luck and it is entirely possible. I started with 4$ in my account at the end of Sept and played 2NL. Played all of October - even achieved silver star status at 2NL on stars and got to 100$. Now I am sitting with 170$ playing 5NL.

My goal is to be at 50NL ...100NL would be icing on the cake.

you can look me up on poker table ratings if you need to verify.

day 1 update: +$7.97 I ran $2 above ev over 1300 hands. So far so good.

Played 1,053 hands today. Lost a couple of flips and tilted slightly but ended the session strongly at +$3.18 for a grand total of +$11.15. I am going to try and play another session tonight so i will update if i do. I'm also hoping to post some hh's of big pots and intersting hands i play.

Thanks. Played 721 more hands tonight and played a much more abc tagish style than in my earlier session, which i'm pretty sure is better for beating the micro stakes. Ended the session +$5.69 for a grand two day total of
+$16.84.

I bought it when I was playing 25nl but I lost most of my roll/cashed out the rest a few months ago and decided to start over from scratch, so i started this goal/challenge to try and keep myself motivated.

Played 389 hands tonight and lost $5.32 I think I played well but lost a flip and a couple of bad beats. Will try to get back on track tomorrow afternoon. Total so far +$11.52. Here's my favorite hand from my session tonight

This happens everyday in nl2. Shake it off and move on. You know you are winning money playing like that.

gl man its going to be hard in 2months, im tryna do something similar and im at a 1k roll myself & its gona be hard to get to 25-30 buy ins for 100nl for me muchless your roll.. just put in the volume though, 6max or full ring?
