Hi, I am a 29 years old part-time recreational player and ive been playing for around 6 years. Just end a mirco staking deal with a little profit and now trying to work on my old.

My goal is to turn my initial $34 into a roll that can afford 50NL. I am inspired by the xxflix a pokerstars online pro and he made it very far from $80 to $8000. I am taking a safe approach starting from 2NL 6max.

I reached my bankroll peak yesterday at $100.51 (20k hands with 14BB/100). I was playing a standard style , just seeing flop in position , set mine, simple trap , 3bet / 4bet sometimes and my VP/PF gap is around 8. This should be alrite in this stake.

Today i took my shot in 5NL and unfortunately bad run started... dropped 3 buy-ins immediately after 600 hands and moved back to 2NL to grind my money back. I am happy that i put in another hour and ran amazing , now my BR at $97 again , soon will take another shot.

From 2nl to 5nl , i dropped back down to 2NL twice on the way up and happy that i can say i moved up to 5nl regularly now. Recently hit a 5 buy-in down swing in 5nl and readjusting my game.

Bankroll now sitting at around 142$ and i was totally recovered from the previous downswing and now looking forward to reach 200 , will try some shots at 10nl once my br reach 180$ and i have also made around 14$ from the fpp so far. So, in total my br is at 156$. It all started from 34$ @ 2NL. Keeping my head down and just play : )

well, checking my position result and i was a bit surprised that i lost money on 5nl from the button which explain alot how bad i was running and my game plan didn't change much really. im running like 23/16 , should be fine for now.
