I think reason i'm so lazy with putting in volume and working on my game is b/c i have no desire to go pro. I feel like this is no excuse! I'm really motivated to get better and play at the moment b/c the exchange rate is so good!

1) Really annoying spot b/c i have way too much equity to fold against his likely OP. I think i can avoid spots like this vs villain in future my betting flop really big so i'm forced to call a shove or check calling flop. Shove is spew i'm sure.

Rake seem quite high at this site. So far i'm paying 10.5bb/100 at 25nl (hoping this is a sample size issue) at Fulltilt i only payed 7.5!

Really annoying session. I kept disconnecting and was getting pretty tilted, especially when i disconnect ott with AA in 3bp vs a whale. I think if this happens again i'm going to just quit my session b/c i played so badly while it was happening. Both are regs.

Rake has gone down to 9.6bb/100. I still think that's high as i'm quite tight 25/19. I think the reason it's higher than i'm use to is b/c i'm playing in a lot of 3-4 handed games which i didn't need to when i played Rush.

Did a lot of stupid stupid stuff. Still managed to book a win b/c the field is very soft. I honestly don't know why people play micro zoom on Stars if there goal is to make money. I doubt i could beat 10nlz and honestly think that if you beat it for more than 3bb/100 you could have a WR of at least 10bb/100 at 50nl on eurosites.

When he calls my flop bet with the whale in the pot in knew i was beat but i though if bet turn and river he would fold out most pairs better than mine. I think the turn bet is okay (x/f is probably best) b/c I think he folds 77-99 ott. The river bet is pure spew b/c he the only hand i fold out is JJ. And he has all combos of QQ-AA b/c of the BB.
