Separated up my grind sessions into 2 session hoping for a 200games day but was feeling kinda under the weather during the 2nd session so stop early instead. Starting to think that maybe i shouldn't force myself too hard into trying to get in 200games/day because seems like its hurting my decision making as im opening up too many tables.

Gonna mess around with the number of tables that im gonna play and find the sweet spot.

dude ive always been fascinated with the 2.50 180 man turbos. but never got the time to play them. how long does it take for you to finish up your 150 games in a day? and what advice can you give to a starting mtt grinder?

You should def give them a try! I can still remember back in the day when i won my 1st $2 180. I was soooooo happy hahaha. (Didn't take me long to lose it all back though :s)

Takes about 7-9hours for me to put in 150games/day depending on how many tables im playing.
I think that BRM is 1 of the most impt thing for people playing these games. Swings are huge, having a good BRM def helps alot when making constant +ev decision without tilting.

Day 8 Report

Decided to play 1 long session and finally i hit my 200games for once! Was trying to reg for more tables at the end which i think is kinda -ev because i started timing out on several.

Had quite afew FT today, probably the most since i started the challenge. With too many FTs i noticed that i started to play abit tighter not shoving certain +ev spots. Def need to work on this in the future.

Day 9 Report

Managed to put in another 200games session! Reg for 1 more game to break ytd's record haha.

Quite afew FT today too but i think i might have too many tables running or not feeling very clear headed because i feel that i didn't play up to standard. Another thing i noticed is i might be calling down too light in certain spots. Although i think its +ev, but it might not be the most optimal play.

Currently thinking if i should try and lower the amt of tables because i might be missing up some spots, not sure which will be better for my $/hr.

Im usually never -$ everyday I play over 200 games of 180s
Play 8-16 tables at a time, Not 24-35 etc, You will make more profit playing less tables I think.

How many tables do u play to get 200games of 180s everyday?
I'm trying to do the same too, kinda hard at times.

Yea, playing 8-16 tables should be better in finding certain spots but i wanna try and maximize volume and $/hr so i experimenting with different number of tables trying to find the sweet spot.

Day 10 Report

Another 200games session! Divided up my grind into 2 sessions(1 short and 1 long). However just 1 hour into the 2nd session, my laptop suddenly switched off by itself. I was deep in several and i knew this is gonna fk up my HEM tracking too. Was kinda pissed and decided maybe it is not in my best interest to cont loading tables(feeling kinda fked up, laptop might turn off by itself again) so i chose to play out the remaining tables and take a break before choosing to end it for the day or start another session.

Luckily the grinding demon prevailed over the lazy monster and i put in another long session. The poker gods rewarded me with my biggest winning session since i started my challenge. Weee! new milestone achieved.

Really feeling under the weather since monday. Sore throat, coughs and chills doesn't help when grinding out long sessions. I'm making sure that i'm drinking plenty of water so i can recover asap.

Good result, I played 10 hrs today, alot of games, and down $250 in the 2,50s
Never run this bad my life, bad beats ALL the time.
Im just plus $100 for the week I think in the 2,50s

It happens @ times and its sick to the guts..
Keep making the right decision and putting in the volume without thinking too much about the results!

Day 11 Report

A day of very very little games. All work and no play makes a boring man hence decided to go to the movie and catchup with a few friends. Nothing much to be said about today's games.

I'm hyped thinking about i'm finishing my aug volume goal and not very sure about what my next step should be?

1)Mix $2s, $8s, $3rs 180.
2)Just $8s and $3rs.
3)Should i mix mtts in with my 180s? If yes, turbos? normal? or both.

Also played a short sesh of FR 25NL zoom because i had like 1hr on hand. Lucky to have made about 2-3buyins from them. For records sake, i won't be including them in profits update.

Day 12 Report

Games were loading pretty slow for today. Most of the time i had less than 20 tables running. Maybe its because i bust out from them too quickly?

Didn't played as well as i could after a 1 day break. Had quite afew tables running deep but ended up calling and iso-ing too light in quite a few spots. Def need to focus more in my future sessions.

I should be able to finish my 2000 $2 180s goal by target sunday or monday latest! Will post a screen of graph and cashier when i'm done to conclude the aug challenge.

HEM missing ~$30 profits again. Wth is wrong with HEM seriously.

Day 13 Report

Decided to play until i hit the 2000games target that i've set for the month.
Woooo! Feels good to hit my volume target but sadly today's session wasn't a profitable 1.
Played the 4500fpps sats into the mil but didnt win, won a seat to the sunday storm from the 235fpps sats though.
Nothing much about the sunday storm.

Noticed that sometimes i tend to lose focus when playing too long sessions.
Anyone got any good idea on how to remain good focus through 8hours sessions?

Yea, im kinda trying to keep myself hydrated and sometimes playing tv shows or music by the side. Sometimes it keeps me focus on long sessions, other times it distracts me haha.
