Why did you bet first hand with AQ so big on turn?

most of ip range there is going to use overbet sizing. IDK about AQ being high freq since it actually has decent sdv, but he states "low freq" so there you go.

I'm more curious as to whether or not just jamming AQ otr is reasonable since OOP shouldn't really have AQ and only really has Q9cc for a straight (which also raises pre and otf some) so I'd imagine having a 4x jamming range otr is not out of the question.

I decided to run a sim and without doing any node locking whatsoever here is the turn strategy for IP allowing 75% or 150% sizings:



and again no nodelocking and on river allowing 75, 150, all-in there actually is a decent chunk of 4x pot jams

Your analysis is solid but you're forgetting about some details that will alter the river strategy, which is very delicate. I'll keep those to myself.
Turn play is not very interesting since overbet is the only option, but there's a lot to say about the river.

And let's not forget we are playing against humans here, not PIO.
And let's also not forget that I'm human too. I'm happy with my play, but I definitely don't agree with every play I have ever posted.

March recap

Whenever I run good, I tend to have dips in motivation. My goal for March was to be more consistent with my volume. The quality of the games was up and down, but I managed to play daily and continue the crazy upswing.
My goal for April is to do more of the same. Study a bit more this month, and keep it up the good work. Starting an upswing is one thing, keeping it up is another.
I wish I could play more than 10k hands a month, but at high stakes, you just have to take what you can get.

I've spent the last few weeks at home, but I'll be going back to Playa next week.
Good weather, the beach, nice food, spending time with friends, working out and not having to sit inside after 9PM like a cooped up chicken is more fun to me than staying in my home country right now.
