Due to some RL problems I had to withdraw most of my roll and I'm left w ~$1k on the net, most of which is on FTP. I'm a predominantly deep stack HUSNG player but about two weeks ago I switched to cap HU coz I feel there is more money to be made there (it's easier to multitable coz the stax are always the same and you can get a player to play several tables w you more often, also you can take a break whenever you want to).

So far I've been slacking, played only ~12k hands on 50-200NL cap, and I'm hoping to make myself play more thru this thread. I'm thinking of starting at 50-100NL cap and moving up as I hit 30-40 buyins for the next level. I'm hoping to get to 10k in several months and then I'll see what I can do. I was gonna post my graph but HEM keeps ****ing with my mind so tough luck

Good luck with this. I'll definitely be following this because I also thought about making the switch to cap HU.

It seems there is a ton of action on 50NL, somewhat less at 200NL and almost none at 100NL, so take a wild guess at which one have I played today

OK here is an update, received RB today so I'm up to ~1165 but I'm looking to xfer some cash to Stars thru a friend. Finally got a match on 100 NL today after sitting for 15 mins in the lobby, makes me wonder whether I should try regular cash. BTW here is a hand I haven't had in quite a while

So the cap heads up is pretty soft? I figured it would be filled with less regs and I would be more comfortable with it being a HU SNG player. Are you going back to hu sng's on stars?

Sorry for no updates, I caught a nasty cold at 30°C in the shade so I've been degening at 2p2 and not playing for the last few days; it's kinda hard to focus when you're reaching for your nose every 5 secs. Managed to get money xferred to Stars thru fydor and even played some HU cash. I've gotten pretty adept at this shortstacking thing, I think I'm gonna be playing 30-50bb cash for a while, maybe add some cap 6max action as well.

As for your question Nerdrage, cap is really soft, esp. 50 NL. There are regs but most of them suck pretty badly in some way. I've had ppl play a decent straightforward game for ~50 hands and then out of a sudden jam over my 1st 3bet w KTo. Haven't really played much cash but from what it seems it looks the same way. I think the winrates at 50 NL fullstack and 100 NL cap are similar but cap has less variance so I'll play more of that.

Here are some random hands for today (BR is up to 1,216 if I got it right). I got Windows 7 and I'll try and set up a database there so graphs are coming soon as well
