Hey everyone!
I had a break from poker for a few months and now that i actually have some time to my hands i decided to get things started again.

Its basically the same story how 90% of the Goals & Challenges start.
I want to turn 50 Euros (62$) into 1000$ playing 6max cashgames.
I really want to post consistently in this thread and actually want to finish the challenge.
To be honest my last challenge last for about a week and then i got frustrated very quickly (but also had some other problems) and did not finish it.

But when you fail you stand back up and start all over again right?

Im not sure yet how i will make my updates, but i guess it ll be a weekly uptade on a regular basis.

But what do i want to achive with this challenge?
I want to gain confidence in my game and be able to climb up the limits.

Why do I start it now?
I began reading a book my father gave to me called: the disciplined trader.
It is really inspiring and it brought back the feeling of doing something epic, and make something from basicely nothing.

So if you like to join my journey from the micros to lower limits feel free to subscribe to this thread.

Until the next update

most of it were just coolers but i also made some mistakes, i just need a bigger shot-br
graph:

Stats are quite similar between the stakes just a little more 3 betting

From my experience of 10nl these days... its a lot tougher than 5nl u will need to plug any leaks at 5nl before reging 10nl

I would wait until you have a least 20BIs for a limit before moving up, especially if you are playing zoom bc the swings can be quite big.

GL with ur goals.

Thx for your support,
Indeed i have the feeling that 10nl plays a little different then 5nl.
Have to overlook my game, theres always something to find

Btw, had a sad session this morning- dropped my BR to ~80$
gonna play 2nl until i hit 100$ again.
I'm actually proud of my self able to drop limits, feels much harder then moving up limits
see ya

24k hands played, and im getting rly frustrated, almost to the point of me fealing mentally ill.
played 5nl and 2 nl, it feels like every 2nd hand is a setup(a little under ev as well but thats not the problem).
I may take a day of to reset my energy and then only focusing on 2nl.
graph ( puke )

It would be nice if you have any kind of advice on motivation or gametheory, thx alot

I feel when playing zoom i'm always stressed out because i have to make my decisions relatively fast. Thats usually when i'm 4 tabling zoom, which just seems not to be optimal for me.
Also, for some reason my HUD does not work on zoom tables but im not exactly sure if it is an issue, because the playerpool at these stakes is so high that i dont get reasonably samples on people anyway.
So for future sessions there is in my opinion only 2 options of how i want to succesfully play poker:

A) play 2 tables of zoom at max, so i have more time to focus on each decision, and not being stressed out cause of action at the other zoom tables.+ i can play decent volume without opening and closing tables all the time

B)Playing 4 reg speed tables, where the action is much slower so i have more time to focus, and also having a hud with the same players all the time so i can actually predict how each ones playingstyle is.
The only thing that i dont like with this option, is that it takes so long to get volume.

So in my position of loosing at the micros atm, i think i should focus on the quality of my play, rather on the volume(or getting much volume in short time).

So option B should be the way of me approaching poker atm.
--> OK no zoom anymore only 4 tabling reg speed tables and see how things go!

If you want to make suggestions on all that, or have anything to add, feel free to do so!
thanks

Are you playing 6max or FR?

Deffo stick to the reg tables. At least until you have a decent sample of winning.

yea i think thats because of autopilotplay, and zoom plays a little tighter then reg. speed i guess.
when i have a little bit of a sample at the normal tables we can compare if theres a difference.
