MP calls with deep stack and short CO 3bets..don't give the opportunity to MP to participate @ the hand .. bet large pre and iso the fishy shortstack..... Nice session

I wanted the mp to call he was a 73/35 whale on a heater the ss was a decent one
When the flop came I was sure he had a pair or a draw with anything better he was raising so when the turn bricked ii shoved

Yes the flat was wrong
About sizing : since the usual raise for 5 nl is 15 then I usually go for 45 with all my 3 bet range regardless of position. Should I go for 60 oop? Should I go for 60 (ip) and 80 oop if the raise is 20c ?

Bankroll is 203 $ not big improvement from the starting 194$ of this thread but if someone consider that I was at 162$ a few days after the thread started then it's good to see that I'm up for the month. This is the first time that I passed 200$ so I'm happy about it. Most of my early loses are from zoom but I don't consider stop playing this format because I still believe I can win there it's just more swingy than normal and I have to adjust a bit more to the passive drawers there.
This month I'm going to focus at my sizing because I think that it's terrible
I'll post some graphs later

just add a pot ... it's usually the right amount
If you think he will call (fold to 3B < 25%) and you have a hand you wouldn't mind getting it all-in with, make it a big bigger

PS: 3bet bluffing at 5NL is a bit -EV I have noticed so keep the light 3betting to a minimum

7 out of 194 is not bad. It's 3,7% of your bankroll and about one buy-in at 5NL

How much are you buying in for anyway?

I feel like 6max 5NL there is no need to buy in for 250BB as almost noone does so.

I'm buying for 100 bb
some hands I post with more are from winnings exception is when I see a whale sitting with more then I might buy in for 250 to maximize profit

looking at your graph, I'd say good work.

And suggesting to do a bit more value river betting (2/3rd to 4/3 of pot) when you would normally check down)

About value betting
I'm trying to value bet big . But I have always in my mind to not bet too big to avoid getting called only by monster hands

For example
We have KJ from CO
Hero raises 3bb btn calls fold fold
Flop KK9
Hero bets 8bb btn calls
Turn A
Hero bets 25bb btn calls
River 2
Now the chance that we have the better hand the is pretty high but btn cold called our turn bet so he has something if he isn't a total moron So let's put him on 99+ (AA is 3betting pre so I don't think so) A9, AJ+, Kx
I will definitely bet river here but how much ?
If I shove I will get called only by better most times so here I will go for about 50% to 75% and maybe pot size if against fish who cold calls with K3
This is usually my think process not too big not too small

Depends on
a)ef
b)villains stats
c)there is any fd on flop etc,are we have suited or off etc

Also why hero overbet flop and turn, its crapy.I will preffer read Ed Miller's book about hand reading and work on your sizes bets i note pll's bets sizings and its a huge tell for me even if i massing i will have thats tell after session vs regs.Try to bet the same size with or without hand and bet smaller on dry boards cos villains range matter.

are you playing $ tables with a euro walletusing seamless conversion or vice versa?. If so auto topups get currency charged rounding which massacres a micros bankroll. see this thread where its explained
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...layers-883575/

solution on stars is to have a $ wallet and a euro wallet and move money between the wallets as you need to. auto topups then come from the wallet rather than being rounded in the currency conversion.

These last days I'm on the wrong side of variance if you add bad play then I'm just BE but on the good side note I'm putting the volume I was hoping I will. already secured silver star and I think I'll reach 1kvpps before the month ends. I'm reading staff about bet sizing and try to implement them. Also I'm experimenting with my 3 betting with mixed results (too aggressive with QQ JJ)
Anyway today ill take the day off and do some other staff
ill just try to review my last week sessions and maybe post some hands

I didn't do it
I just had to open tables and play :/
I continue to run worst than hell
I'll post some hands later to get some advise because I'm sick with all in EV......

I think I'm learning but I need a heater to boost my self confidence because I'm getting butchered left and right in big pots by 2-3 outs
Anyway the only good thing that comes from this is that I work on my tilt management
In the past whenever I had a bad beat I was loosing 1/5 to 1 BI because of spew
Now I have fix this leak by recognizing tilt and tightening my ranges + be more careful for 10 minutes after the bad beat
Anyway bankroll is now 170 $ and I don't think I'll make a profit this month...
At least I want to learn and I think I do Learn a lot this month much more than the last 2-3 months together

Bankroll after a 10$ rakeback gift from pokerstars a 235 Sunday storm sat and 2 winning sessions (20$) went back to 200$
This month is making me crazy......

How about 70$ bellow EV in nl5 and still winning? (some hands from zoom (-20$ i think) are missing so i'm not wining so much )

Some thoughts about the hands above

              1) MP 3b was 25+ so no need for explanation here

              2) Does anyone finds a fold at 5bet? i was sick when i raised... :/

              3) i was expecting a raise at turn here from AQ thinking that a good player will charge here the flash draw but i believe that i gave villain too much credit and leveled my self.....

              4) UTG was a whale. the definition of bad beat.....

              5) CO had 20+ 3b and was letting go too easy to aggression post flop so i tryed to bluff him out of the pot and cought a 3 on turn (lucky)

              Any thoughts?
