OrbitPharma here, I am new to poker and play on Pokerstars. I will be playing at 5nl and moving up stakes whenever I have either 25bi for the next level or 30bi for the next level. I will continue trying to move up levels until I reach a roll of 10k.

Villain is random unknown. The hand previously he posted OOP and checked his option. The BB another random fishy player checked his option. CO min bet all 3 streets and BB called down. CO showed KK and BB mucked. This was the next hand. River was an interesting spot considering this guy is limping 100% of his range but I think based on my read he's just making a blocker bet and isn't really trying to level me to raise.

Interesting spot on the turn. Villain seemed to be playing solid. Read less for the most part. Seems like 44 or 99 or A9ss or a 9x with Spades on the turn.

Make flop bet bigger to get value from QQ JJ 1010. He doesnt call pre with Q10 and doesnt float oop with it either unless hes a huge fish. Wp turn and river, cant see villain calling with worse to a raise otr. Only think I can see villain having here when he donks out ott in KJ or KQ.. Dont think JJ is in his range with his river bet... Leaning towards KJ otr but could be KQ.

How many hands would it take at each limit to figure out your win rate?

GL with your challenge, though you being new to poker and all, I'm not sure if trying to go from $200-$10k in 4 months is feasible since you will need to a lot of work off the table.

Minimum 100k hands, though posting hands and making sure you play well is a better indicator if you should be winning at a limit, as variance can make you break even or even lose over a 100k hand sample.
