First off, let me say thanks for stopping by my PG&C thread. I hope in 4 months I can look back and read this 1st post and have achieved everything that I wanted to. I am 24 years old, employed full time at your normal 7-330 avg paying job. I don't hate my job, it's actually pretty enjoyable. I work with tolerable people, and my actual workload is very easy.

3 days ago I went to a local gym and signed up for a membership . I've gained some lbs every since moving home from college, due to inactivity and I also party/drink a little too much. After signing up for my membership, I already had a 12 week workout plan in place to assist me with losing weight and toning up. I'm 5'11" 228 pounds, wanting to drop down to around 205 ish. I will be working out 5x's a week and keep myself accountable in this thread.

Now to the poker challenge........

The same day that I signed up for a gym membership, I also deposited $100 into my ____ account where I have went busto more than 20x's due to poor bankroll management in sports betting and poker. Well I took some shots, and they paid off this time. My goal was to bet on sports until I reach 1k BR and then use strict BR management to grind my roll from 1K to....? I currently am a single guy, no children, never been married, blah blah blah.. I figured since I have a 12 week challenge in my workout plan, why not create a 4 month challenge in poker as well. I'm currently have nothing holding me back from trying to make my dreams become a reality of working for myself as an online pro, and hopefully being able to travel and play live games in January. I will be starting at 50NL and I will succeed. I'm too determined this go around to fail. The MAX I may put on any sports bet is $25 and that will Rarely happen, as I have a local who takes all my action.

I look forward to looking back on this thread in 4 months and see that I've accomplished exactly what I wanted to accomplish.
