Hello ladies and gents. Here is a little background. I have been a decent winning live poker player for 6 years now. Playing 1-2, 2-5, and occasionally 5-10 NL depending on BR with some live tourneys as well. I have won a bunch of smaller tourneys at the local casino. Won a bunch of qualifiers for the Heartland Poker Tour and sold seats (havent cashed in the actual event though). Got 30th place out of 1600 in the WSOP Circuit event # 1 last year. Nothing to special.

My online poker resume is not that great though. I have put 50- 100 bucks on tilt a few times. I build my stack up, go on tilt and then busto. Well I went busto again 9/15 for the last time! 9/17 I recieved 12 bucks or so in RB. Since then I turned it into 547.88 playing rush tourneys, some sit and goes, and 6 max cash. I am now playing about 1000-1500 hands a day .25-.50 shallow stack and regular 50nl 6 max tables and doing pretty well. Just in the last week or so downloaded my trial of PT3 and its the poo. What a big difference it makes. Not sure how to use all the stats to my advantage yet but just the VPIP and PFR stats help tremendously. Help with this would be much appreciated!

seriously, 10 BI br for 50NL? GL with that. With $500 you should still be playing 10NL and maybe taking shots at 25NL if you want aggressive BRM.

Dont waste your time with the shallow tables unless you see a massively +EV situation like fish just getting it allin repeatedly with rags. You want to always be playing for at least 100BB's as much as possible to utilize your edge if you have any.

Im playing short stacked tables mostly till I build my BR to a level where I am comfortable playing full buy in tables which will be near the end of my mission, and yes I realize that even at that its still very aggressive BRM but I for some reason I can not catch a grip at 25nl and below. Constantly bad players get there money in bad and suck out. Then I steam my BR away. I tend to play better against a decent player rather then a terrible one, both live and online.

Played 877 hands this session. About half was 50nl shallow and the other half was 10nl rush. I couldnt catch a grip on the 50nl tables today. Ended up about 10 bucks after said and done. Ran and played well at 10nl rush.
Up 31.28 after the first session. Total BR- 579.16

pretty good session this morning. only played 500 hands or so.
I owned this one guy...won atleast 4 buy ins just from him. I called down some very heavy betting by him which ended with him going all in and me snapping him off with A high for a 200 pot at 50NL.
