Updated Graph. Redline up, Allin EV and blueline down. I've probably been over adjusting and playing way too loose. Gonna start tightening up again. Been focusing on blind defense and playing OOP.

I hate folding Aces but this 14/9 guy plays all his draws passively and pretty much never bets without the near nuts. I don't see him ever donking river with worse.

Pretty interesting hand. I had been 3betting him a lot recently. Some reg vs reg dynamics going on here... I don't think he will ever be betting this sizing on the turn with a hand that can call the shove. Once I flat the flop, I think I can rep a K pretty often. Villain made a pretty huge mistake given the SPR

This Q9o hand is a very obvious fold preflop. At higher limits it might be a decent 4bet spot (I'd prefer it was suited) but at 0.02/0.04 you should always fold here because people don't 3bet light often enough. I mean, if you call and manage to see the flop (because BTN can always 4bet here) then are you happy after flopping anything less than top two pair? And how often do those happen? On the flop you have a decent draw but I don't think it's strong enough to be taking the lead in a multiway 3bet pot. This flop is so wet that you're never getting two folds here, plus you might be drawing dead, to a chop or be up against a set or two and get outdrawn even after making your hand.

Readless IMO It's a fold otr, you block a lot of his bluffs by having the Ks.If you had AcKc or any AxKx without a spade then easy snap,he probably doesn't vbet otr that big with Tx,88,77.

Guy has a pretty high 3bet vs BTN (10.5%) and is an obvious reg over my 189 hand sample. I probably don't need to 4bet bluff at these stakes, but I think it's quite profitable vs some regs that suck postflop. I expect villain to be 5betting with QQ+, AK. When he flats my 4bet, I think its more likely to be 99-JJ and AQ/AJ/AT. Once he calls flop, he never has a K. I expect him to shove KQ here at this SPR. I would play my AA/AK the same way here.

4betting is fine,if your read that villains are 3betting a bunch and will fold anything but AK,QQ+.Don't get in the trap of missing a profitable spot because of the old fallacy "don't bluff at the micros".
The 4bet size was waaaaaaaaay too big, try making it max 2.4x even though that's still too big for being IP.

As played,1/3 pot otf and 2/3 ott. That's more than enough to fold any underpairs he may have.

BTW, 10,5% 3bet BB vs BTN is very standard.

I agree my sizing is probably on the larger end but I think anything between 2-2.5 is fine. Either way, It's about 1-2BB larger than necessary.

In regards to my sizing on flop/turn, betting slightly over 1/3 pot leaves a 3/4 PSB behind for villain. I see no reason to bet 2/3 and leave an awkwardly small amount left on the river.

Update on graph. Didn't get too many hands in today as I went and played a home game with some mates. Live games can be so soft... We play a "fun & loose" structure with $20 buyins and two $0.25 blinds.

I don't see most regs at these stakes folding river here with two pair and I don't see AT continuing turn (Maybe AhTh). Although a lot of people would lose value here.
