You're totally right though, in January I didn't have the want/hunger to grind, and now I definitely do. My parents have seen family friends while we've been out while I"ve been home and both my parents and the family friend has ALWAYS said something to the fact of "Enjoy this while you can, because at some point you're going to have to come back to the real world as playing a game for a living isn't possible." Not having anyone support me, including in my own family, has motivated the hell out of me to make as much money as I can, so I really doubt I'll be going out much at all the rest of the yr; i really really want to try to get 2mil vpp's even though it's going to be pretty damn tough as my main grindtime won't be during primetime. I've already cancelled my trip home I was going to take during the summer, asked my parents why I'd want to come home when I'm treated like crap by them and they obv didnt have an answer .

Ehhh we didn't get THAT cold I dont think, it just felt absurdly cold to me since I've been in 70-75 degree weather the last 4 months.

Saw in the STT suggestion thread that you said you had played more 100s than anyone so far, I think dunc13 has you beat by a hundred or so, with about the same results... not sure about river since he blocks... and what about the pstars pro that plays them?

I missed the first 2 days after they were added since I was still grinding another site, and I've missed the last 7 days since I've been in the US, and Entim has 30 more games played than me and Dunc 43. Would guess gramps has heaps more than me but idk cuz he keeps his table count so low....but considering I've missed 9 days out of the 13 that these games have existed, don't think I've done bad with volume at them .

And don't think any of the PS pro's play them enough

there's one PS pro that plays them pretty frequently, can't remember his SN though, I don't think he's that great at them. GL with SNE X2, should be doable with your volume for sure. What do you think you ROI will be long term?

Word yea don't think hes played them THAT much though, if it's el_canonero (he was playing them a bit the first few days), hes not terrible but nothing special either imo. Being in the US the past week, I'm not really sure if there's been any new regs that have moved to the games, guess ill find out next wednesday!

Tyvm, gl to you as well this yr. I'm hoping to beat the $100s pre RB, that seems like a solid goal while going for 2mil vpps. Hoping I also have at least 1% in my "other" games that I add, which will mainly be $100-300 6man turbos at night to keep my table count up.

Eh we didn't ever play battleshots , night of my bday we just played Irish Poker and **** the Dealer and it was good stuff; none of us were motivated enough to make the shots to go with battle shots .

Decent first half of the day, have gotten in a few mini sessions and also ran errands in town with L@P and had Applebees. Got a new Mexican cellphone as mine somehow got ****ed up at the airport; had it on right before going into the airport and after I got through security it just wouldnt turn on. W/e, was only $30 to replace it, not gonna get too pissed about it :P.

Have picked up about 3500 vpps on the day, about ready to watch Paranormal Activity with my roommate and then will be back on the grind until PS goes down for the server update and then will work out and go to bed.

Badass mindset man, I just bought http://www.walmart.com/ip/Apex-Flat-...Bench/12343195 like two weeks ago then ****ed up my wrist, my wrist burns when I lift 10 pound weights and it's already been 2.5 weeks since screwing it up. I'm so jealous u can relieve some stress by working out at end of sessions, it's just such a nice way to totally refresh your mind from the tolls of the grind sometime, a little clarity and peace.

trust me when I say this that i was thinking the same when i played micros before that i could never play high stakes or nosebleeds. But after som time you are playing 20s then 30s then 50 70 and then you are there ( I have no idea what the stakes are in ST 6max just made that up)

it just sounds hard because you just play 7 now.

Finished up a bit earlier than planned last night as traffic was dismal and the games were also fairly reggy lol, was a pretty bad combo. Thinking it was because it was turbo nights so there were more regs on later than they usually are.
