trying to do a long term goal, putting in epic amount of volume. I dont care if anyone read this or not, I'll be doing this post as a blog for myself.

simple goal.. on my days off, I'll put in 10,000 hands a day at 2nl zoom, aiming to maintain at least 10bb/100.

long term goal.. 100k hands per month. will move up to 5nl zoom after 100k hands.

okay so the past few days had some things come up, HEM problems, unexpected shifts at work, so been playing less than expected.

NEW GOAL

- minimum 1,000 hands per day, everyday. there is no "catching up", I miss even one day, I lose.

- minimum 15,000 hands weekly in addition to the mandatory 1,000 hands for the day. I have to option to either spread this out throughout the week, or hardcore it in 1 or 2 days during my days off from work. but if I come short of 15,000 hands at the end of the week, I lose.

a total of 90,000 hands per month is expected.

NEW GOAL

alright i think its pretty clear that i am not on track to playing 100,000 hands a month, which is my main volume goal. the problem is I think that on my days off from work, or the 4-5 hrs I have after work, I just wanna relax and surf youtube all day. playing 1,000 hands a day after work or on days off doesn't seem to be a problem at all. but any more than that I just cannot commit myself whatsoever.

I have a solution which is to bring my laptop to work and play 3,000 hands a day while at work. then after work I will play the 1,000 hands, then its free time. I have about 2.5 days off of work every week, and I will play 5,000 hands spread out those 2.5 days.

so..

working days: will play 3,000 hands at work, after work I'll play 1,000 hands, then free time.

days off: will play the 1,000 hands minimum, then try to put in an additional 5,000 hands over 2.5 days, so its only an additonal 2,000 hands on my days off, then its free time the rest of the day


and playing poker at work isnt gonna affect my job whatsoever since my job is just sitting there all night anyway doing practically nothing, waiting for alarm calls and saying "okay, got it, thank you" lol


ok.....................................! day 1 here I come.

and I also have decided to move up to 5nl once I have 20 buyins ($100), then move up to 10nl once I have $200, and stay there until I have at least $1250, then move up to 25nl
