Would you limp K9 when OTB?

I get K9 when OTB.
Is this worth limping in hopes to hit K and have it check to you?
Or would you only raise for hopes of a C-bet?
Or just fold?
What if V bets $10 before you?
How would this change?

If you're going to play a hand on the button, raising is almost always better than calling. Folding is fine too but it table dynamics and the number of people in the pot already need to be factored in as well.
I'm probably not calling a raise with it unless I plan on using position to win the pot from a specific villain that I know raises light.

I will either raise or fold.

This depends on so many factors.
-How many limpers so far?
-- If a bunch, I might overlimp for lol-pot odds and playing in position
-- If one or two, I might raise or fold (depending on a lot of other factors)
-- If none, I generally raise to steal the blinds and/or intitiative
- Stack sizes, which always make a huge difference and have way too many factors to break it down on such a generic question
- Villain profiles, again which have a million factors.
Since this question is too general to get a realistic answer, I'm going to go ahead and lock it up, but feel free to post the specific hand that got you thinking about this. Remember to post stack sizes, action so far, villain profiles, and what you think the Vs think about you.
