Hi guys. I used to play online before it was banned. Winning player at $100 NL and occassionally $200NL. Haven't played live in over a year. I really want to improve my game and be a solid recreational player. I'm in medicine so my day job pays too good now to even consider quitting. Advice on where to start here to get a good foundation? I've read super system and NL theory and practice.

gl OP. download pokerstove and start reading and posting hands on this forum. Establishing a sound thought process--thinking in terms of ranges and equity--is key.

You might also consider a training site, although most videos focus on online games.
