I didnt put my hand because I dont want people focusing on my one holding here. I want to know all the hands you're calling this with (even if it's only 2 or 3). Ill post my hand later if someone wants.

$200 effective stacks
6 handed

Villain- plays pretty straight forward, kinda TAG, not stealing blinds, limp folded a few times

Hero- tag losing image

Btn vs blind

Villain makes it $12 on the btn, sb folds, I call w/ XX

Flop ($25)
Ah 3d Td

I check, he checks

Turn: 3c
I bet $20, he calls

River ($65): Kh
I bet $40, villain thinks and thinks and then shoves

Probably boats, in a nutshell people are never doing this as a bluff and for ****s sakes he isn't kinda TAG if he is limping at all and not stealing blinds

The bottom of his value shoving range here is QJ

lol you can call here with basically any boat and not be too upset since QJ that floats the turn is such a huge % of his range

It would be close with QJ. But no weaker than that.

QJ is a clear fold here imo, all you are beating is like 43s who turned his hand into a bluff (although he might think it is a value raise)

The 2 not a 3 makes a big difference. If it were a paired board, a good player might be trying to force you to lay odds for a chop with Ax... which is a great line and I do it all the time live with great results. With your updated turn, I'd say he always flopped a set. Since you didn't 3bet pre as you should with TT or AA this is a fold with everything but the nuts.
