And in order for your moves to be believable you need to bet also when you have it. I would check back stronger hands and complete air here and bet all semi-bluffs and middle strenght hands.

1. Great point. I actually am rolled for 1/2, but I face a serious problem and that is my lack of gamble. Tappan said something like that in a video that it was always an obstacle for him. I am a winner at 1/2 since I started but never have been 10 bb an hour. It's more like 4-6 BB for me. I don't mind that but I need to improve. That's why I post these posts and really appreciate input from better players like yourself.
2. I agree. I need to raise with these hands on the button i do have the rep to get folds even when I have trash.
