My downstairs neighbor gets really aggravated whenever I make noise in the our unit(which is above his)

The floor squeaks in my bedroom and he hits the ceiling with a broom which really pisses me off. He used to text me but he complained so often I blocked him


He is 6’3 , like 65 and has bleached blonde hair and boobs. And he wears short shorts and dresses like a girl.


The other day (we park next to one another) he confronted me at my car and started yelling at me over my parking job.

I assume the best thing to do is try to not cause him any issues. I have already purchased a white noise machine for him and I even offered to pay him because of the noise but he refuses to stop banging so I said I wouldn’t pay.


What should I do? I’m worried he’s going to poison my dogs. He told me something like I will know when he moves out !!
