QQ vs big raise preflop with loose players QQ vs big raise preflop with loose players

This is my first post in LLNL so I'm going to do my best to give all info I can and keep to the format. I did not play this in dollar currency so I'm going to round this down to $1/1 blinds with $200 max buy in at local casino.

The table is overall super loose with ultrawide ranges from many players. They know how to play but they seem to prefer gambling over solid strats. (Straddles about 60% of the pots). This was my first time there so I was playing pretty nitty. The hand below was dealt maybe 70 or so hands into the cash game.

Prehand Descriptions
Effective stacks of $200
Villain 1: He joined late, seemed solid but was shortsack with roughly $60 and not too much info on him.
Villain 2: Calling station and super aggressive with wide range. Previously called an all-in preflop from me with 99 or worse (did not show on showdown).
Villain 3: TAG player, seemed to be the best guy on the table, pretty deepstack if I remember correctly.
Hero: Nitty to beginner image with $270 stack.

$1/1 NL (10handed)

Hero is dealt QQ on CO.
Villain 2 bets $12, one folds, Villain 3 calls, one folds, Villain 1 moves allin with $60. One folds, action on Hero.

I am almost certain V2 and V3 will call here if I call. The question is if I shove or just call? A shove should make them fold a lot of the time given their ranges. I would not be worried going up against V1 headsup with QQ but if we play the pot four way I don't see myself being the favorite.

This is not the first time I'm in an all-in situation preflop, did it earlier with KK and AA and beat V2 and V3 respectively (HU). V2 called with 99 or worse, V3 called with JJ.

I will respond in comments if anyone wants to know results. I might have some bet order mixed up given I don't remember exactly the action. Bet sizing is correct and reads are what are, I believe that's what factors mostly into my decision here. So, call or shove?

In real time I just auto shove. But flatting likely has merits.

There's merit to flatting AA here, because it has good equity even in a multiway pot. QQ equity goes way down. Easy shove.

Even though flatting AA isn't without merit, I find I usually get better action by playing aggressively preflop, rather than trying to slowplay and watch them fold when they whiff the flop.

QQ should never be a flat. Super easy all in.
