Not much of a read on villain. He seems like he is probably LAG but he isn't overly aggressive.

Villain stack is about 180. Hero stack is 400.

Hero on button with Q7dd. 4 limpers to hero, hero limps, SB calls, Villain in BB checks.

Flop 4c5d9d
SB checks, villain bets 10, 3 calls, 1 fold to hero. Hero calls, SB folds.

Turn is 6d.

Villain goes all in for ~165. All folds to hero.

Hero thinks for a little bit and villain shows Kd. Hero folds.

My thinking was that the all in was huge and that villain is betting that much without the flush. I think he is trying to induce a call by showing the King, and that he is thinking that I will think he is trying to scare me.

Is it a call or fold?

Without him showing the Kd, it's a snap call. In fact, I probably wouldn't have tanked long enough for him to show me a card here.

Harder to say after seeing the Kd. I still think I call, but it's much closer. He's shoving $165 into a $60 pot, wouldn't he size smaller with the second nut flush? He could be semi-bluffing, or even have something like K9, which may think it's good, or K7.

Fold this one pre. If you must play it because of the other players or w/e then at least raise it. However, don't raise it. Fold it.

The post flop action is the exact reason you fold pre.

Pretty sure I'm always calling this, even after he shows the K. If he has the flush already, why wouldn't he show his lower card to induce a call by a "bigger" flush. I think he probably has Kd9x type hand thinking he's ahead or has outs with his diamond. Then once you tank, he realizes he's beat and tries to scare you out by showing you that scare card.

I'd have instacalled.

After tanking and his showing Kd I'd be really confused. Firstly confused about why I'm tanking Scondly confused about the Kd.

I honestly don't think someone with king high flush overbet all in much less then show the king. Of course that would make it an epic play if he had it.

Therefore I call for two reasons:

1) I think I'm ahead.
2) if I'm drawing dead this guy deserves my chips for such an outrageous play and I want to see it.

Fold pre.

As played, call. If the guy had a king-high flush, would he really flash you the Kd? I doubt it. I'm calling.

His shove into 4 people tells you he has a flush and then he shows the Kd, so it seems like a trivial fold. I can't even figure out what hand he could possibly do this with other than a flush.
