Hero just got up but then sat back down because stuck 30. Told the table so and they had a good laugh.

Game is 1/2/2, 1 button blind. Full ring, 9 players. This hand the button killed (straddled) for 5, doubling the bring in to 10. Effective stacks are 1000.

My image is pretty tight, especially today. I have been very card dead today and probably played 8 pots in 6 hours. The 2 villains probably see me as a solid winning player, that makes spewy plays sometimes. Like cold 4betting all in with AJs into a 3bettor and caller, getting called in both spots, and backdooring a flush.

Hero brings in for 10 UTG with 87. Folds to BB who calls 10. BB is a former Vegas pro. Plays pretty tight before the flop and is a generally competent hand reader. Button raises to 45. Button is a loose and aggressive player. 3bets more frequently than most. Not afraid to play big pots, apply pressure, or bluff. I would guess that the bottom of BU's raising range here is QJo or A8s. I call, BB calls.

Flop (135): 6 6 8
I bet 55. BU raises to 165. BB folds, I call. I think BU is capable of raise-bluffing AK or KQ here. I don't think he expects me to have a 6 here that often. I am hoping a call will get him to slow down if he does have a hand.

Turn (465): 9
I check. BU bets 240. I ship for 520 more.

I'd just fold pre if btn can kill it and get last action pre-I wouldn't even open here since button is 3betting you a lot.

As played turn is a value shove? Hand just looks like you are trying to win the pot no matter what.

I am assuming this is 9max? First I think 87s is a fold but if you were going to play 87s raise to $35 at least.

Calling the LAG's button 3b OOP with 87s ? err doesn't sound like a +EV spot.

Post flop is okay I think.

I normally fold pre, but wasn't playing my A game at this point.
