This will run. I like tiered payouts because it gives you a rooting interest in both conferences, a "rebate" for second place and a reason to have two teams since we're only 8 people. I would like to build consensus, but especially with the strong leanings of aces and ec willing to go above his normal bet I think this is better, as it essentially 3 100 bets instead of 1 300 bet, and I think everyone will enjoy the sweat.

I'm going to randomize two list of entrants and send it to driver. The first I send will be labeled Eastern. The second will be Western. At 11:57 west coast time, I need two lists posted. The first is the eastern conference, the second will be the western conference. First list posted for each conference is what we'll use. I'll match the lists up and post them here.
