srsly: The games usually suck at the MGM on Tuesdays, so be prepared for few tables populated mainly by decent grinders.

I just read a report from some college number crunchers. Said that of all the new money the top 1% made 93% of all new money.

Leaving us 99'ers 7% of new money to fight over.

I just got back from Shooting Stars. I got some good pictures of the WPT babes and several players. I borrowed my friend's camera and like an idiot I shot .mov instead of .jpg. So my co-worker will convert them for me so I can't post them till tomorrow.

I saw a great hand where Grinder flopped an OESD against a set of kings. Grinder turns an 8 high straight and stacks the guy. I don't know his name, it was a young pro.

Your wrong, I will tell you what's bad for the game.

Players hitting they're miracle cards consistently vs an aspiring pro. The game rewarding bad players with quads/straight flushes and I have never hit any of those hands in live poker.

I still should run into mpethy at MGM some day...I'm there fairly often. I might have already, pre knowing what he looks like, but I don't recall.

I regret so much not playing the 2k event. A lot of the pros play in that which is the experience I am looking for.

I saw about 5 locals playing the main event there today that I routinely own at the cash tables. Plus I've been running good lately and my confidence is high.

I will definitely play the 2k next year. Oh well.

My bad, when you said you don't recall, I thought you meant you don't recall what he looks like because if you meant you don't recall playing with him that would be stupid and poor grammar.
