The Situation

I've played with this guy in an underground game who routinely drops 2-3k per session. He obviously has a gambling problem. When he comes to the game, however, he consistently tells us about his past weekend at AC, etc, where he routinely drops way more than 2-3k. If you tell him he has a gambling problem and should stop, you may just end up chasing him away somewhere where he will lose more money and you will hurt your game.

Another guy I play with loses 30-50k a year playing 2/5. He's a trust fund baby so doesn't really matter.

I think if you really feel there's something unethically, morally wrong about the situation, maybe talk to the host and other players? There's probably nothing you can do, unfortunately.

I will memorize this line before November... find and sit at the same table as Mpethy, pretend that I am an ex-military, now lawyer, who once had a client that I had to perform this move on. I am pretty sure everyone will wet their pants... including Mpethy.

Ha, sometimes the cliffs make me want to read the actual posts, which kinda defeats the purpose I guess. Not as if I have anything better to do at work though...

How hard is it to go into a doctor and say you have fatigue problems to get adderral? Im thinking of going over to the dark side. 4 known athletes 3 nfl and 1 nascar got suspended this year for it. Its truly a performance enhancing drug.
