I would imagine stars/ftp have certain criteria (the above being one), that would allow instant/automated cashouts. If they had to manually review every single one it would take forever.

Does anyone here play on Betfred? Is it only me or is the "live help" thing disabled?

Yeah not all skins have it, some have a call center instead, some have just email support, others (like betmost) have it, but nobody answers when you click it........

Yeah, but Betfred does have it, I've used it many times before. I just can't click it right now for some reason, like it's been disabled or something.

VC have really good live chat help actually.

Very occasionally the live support feature will not be available when their support staff are unavailable, but it should be available 99% of the time I believe.

Generally Betfred support staff have been getting better over the past few years, though there is the occasion newbie who may not be up to speed meaning you get a dubious response! If it's important then ask if you can speak to the vip manager, or ask your affiliate who may know/be able to find out.

btw how has the lag problems been on iPoker recently? I haven't seen any complaints recently so fingers crossed every is fixed and they learn their mistake and test before their next 'upgrade'

There are still some LAGs but they're not really good so thats why no one is complaining.
