Followed a fish up to 5/10 earlier, he sat out periodically, eventually for a few minutes. To my disgust the four regs below also sat out despite my willingness to keep the game going. I'm not quite a fish but I'm certainly scared money in their eyes, surely I'm a spot? I'd understand if they were massively multitabling (I sometimes do this when I'm 14 tables deep but will always sit back in to keep the game going if I spot it) but ffs, it's ridiculous when the guy taking a shot has to goad the regs into action. For shame:

People do it nonstop, it's ridiculous. I bumhunt like crazy and I never sit out unless so many people sit out that it gets to 3 handed, at which point I sit out because I don't like playing 3-handed and the game is so demanding that it interferes with my other tables.

There probably won't be more than $5 in fees. Like somebody already said, the skins system really doesn't facilitate transfers.

Hi guys I just started playing on Ipoker recently and I am having problems of frequent disconnections from the server. Is this normal?

No, a lot of people have been having issues with that lately.

I thought u were a 1020 reg thats why I didnt wanna play u HU, I only sat out at the time the game went HU. Besides that I was 14 tabling.
It indeed is a shame when ppl go sitout if a fish takes an obv break.

Some shorties are robots with leaks and you can actually break even or better against them, and I'd definatly prefer them over good regs. Though this is much more true at 3/6 and under than 5/10+.

"Even if you know the shortstackers exact ranges (which many do) they still distort/ruin the whole game for a good player, as you cant flat call in position, cant 3 bet light when ss is still to act etc etc etc"

Plus, if a fish is going to sit, surely you'd prefer he was forced to sit in for 50bbs rather than 20bbs?

Simply cannot see a single advantage in non 50bb tables (to non-shortstackers)

Plus - a healthy number of shortstackers at 5/10+ play close to perfect 20bb poker (17/16 or 18/17 style with decent squeeze frequencies)

Had totally missed this thing about blocking players from hogging all the HU tables. Really like it and maybe time to get back into the HU business again

[Gave it up when I'm on of these players that only can play ~2 tables of HU and were a big hassle to get action from the bad players when the multitabling HU players were hogging 90%+ of the tables]

unreal that there is even a debate about preferring shorties

jesus christ is this why it so hard to get 50bb tables

I know, I'm talking about the shortstackers that push/fold to minraises and fold 70% to 2x 3bets and those that open 60% in the SB etc.

Does anyone here play on Betmost? I've been playing on WH but since I found out - today - that they merged with cPays like last year (I missed that somehow!) I've started considering finding a new room to play at... (cPays apparently has a really, really, really ****ty reputation)

Is Betmost a big company? I'm not thrilled at the idea of depositing into small skins given what happened to Rednines/Eurolinx etc on Microgaming. They seem to have a pretty good bonus/cashback program for HU (if the pokerloyalty.info can be trusted anyway -.-),

What other big skins are there?
Betfred
Expekt?

Well I might just be paranoid and it doesn't really have an effect on the reliability of WH... but, cPays apparently have a long history of stiffing affiliates out of payments.

I knew nothing about how this stuff worked really until googling a bit but:
http://www.casinoaffiliateinfo.com/2...es-affiliates/

Basically WH + cPays + Webroute merged their affiliate side, to create Affiliates United. Affiliates United have not exactly received standing ovations so far, from what google tells me:

http://www.bingoaffiliateblog.com/th...hill-debarcle/
http://www.onelittleduck.co.uk/affil...-hill-1185.htm

and so on...

Basically it makes me a bit un-easy, even though I'm still fairly confident WH isn't going to randomly go bust and take my bankroll, given that they do - as you said - have quite a good reputation aside from this, and are a huge company.
