If the decision won't affect you you probably don't understand it. You can still PLAY more than 4 HU tables. You just can't sit at more than 4 without opponents. I don't understand how anyone could object to that.

Are the seatbacks ****ed up for anybody else using MMM on the new version of VC? They look like they've changed the alignment of the cards, so the seats now obscure the stack sizes partially.

I tilt took my roll off last night - just randomly disconnects. How can you guys handle this?

Unsure what to do now. Got a good deal on iPoker but software is bad and disconnects on me.

Will have to move back to Labrokes or starrt on Stars again come the new year

what happens if your sitting with 8 opponents on hu tables and then your opponents all leave?

This new policy might result in heads-up blocking

I would like to know why the **** these idiot nawt-hunters think that opening 20 tables and sitting out at each of them is even any better than just 1 when it's the same people at each? Yesterday I started a 50/100 6max, 4 nawt-hunters join and sit out of course, then one of them, "Crazy8hmed" or something, starts another. WHY?

I really hope iPoker react to this soon because it's now impossible to even play 6max anymore with these (probably German) guys sitting in and sitting out at every table 24/7 just waiting for him. They'll even do it at a table where others are actually playing just to avoid being kicked by the software and preventing anyone on the waitlist from joining, despite having no intention at all to play.

It's even more embarassing that the same people won't even play 5 hands with each other anytime nawt sits out for a second. Last night Johny of all people was the only one at a nawt table left sitting in trying to keep up appearances LOL(!!!).

I hate you all. And I'm sure one of them will reply to this saying how they're just trying to make the most money etcetc, but this is just pathetic and killing all the games.

yeah ive only been able to play about 100 hands of ipoker in the last month because every table i think is full is actually full of ppl with 50bb stacks sitting out and the table that actually is running has a 40 person waitlist...

Normally I'm OK with this defense (in the case of shortdonkers etc) but it won't wash in this case. Sitting in and then sitting out every few laps to avoid getting kicked off the table is abuse of the site. iPoker will definitely not be happy about this, hopefully they respond quickly.

i'm currently rebuilding my roll at midstakes so i'm not affected by this problem with people sitting out at the moment, but it used to drive me crazy when i was playing higher stakes on stars.

maybe someone who is a reg in the 10/20+ games at the moment could draft a letter to send to our respective skins and we could all sign it or something? i don't know what exactly the best solution would be but something needs to be done to stop the games being killed off by this.

fish in question

i dont see how they can fix this though except banning everyone sitting out, wich i dont see happening, theres like 30 guys hunting him now. compared to like 2-3 pre PTR

I'm sure they could issue a warning or smth, stating that future violations will result in a 3 month exclusion from 5/10+.. It cant be too hard for the network to monitor the games from time to time... I dont play in the 5k games but still I feel this affects me too, as this behaviour is painting a very grim picture of the online poker scene. A random sportsbetter coming to the poker client to gamble and have fun can definitely be forgiven for thinking this looks like some kind of scam. Let's not forget that most droolers' instinctive reaction to losing 100bb in a limped 5 way pot with AA is that poker is rigged. The last thing we need is a group of players who do their best to reinforce their belief

i think they main problem is PTR though, i used to play with him months before ptr was tracking ipoker and there was never waitlists like this, alot of the guys hunting him arnt even ipoker regs if you look them up on PTR(ironic) they prolly added him as friend on PTR and get an email everytime he plays......

Yep, totally this... I remember back in May when he played with the nickname n*wtn*wt (don't wanna out him that much I guess) there wasn't a crew of people hunting him. He didn't play high stakes at that time though (at least that I know of). He used to play from NL400 to NL1k which was great for me (bankroll nit, don't wanna risk variance at NL2k even with him at a table).

Really, it's that long? I guess the fact that I *know* there's no timebank to hit once the timer runs out, makes it seem shorter :S

Oh my god. I just checked and they've obviously been working on this because Johny00Fleming has 13 HU tables and trraveller has 14. I assume they are working with others to join a million tables together then quitting half each or whatever, just more ****ing douchebaggery.

I really am sick of iPoker now, I'm on tilt before I even start a session just by looking at the lobby thanks to these pathetic ****ing nerds. A day after iPoker put in a new rule to stop **** like this and they're already abusing it...

Yes it's really half a minute. You'll get used to it very quick and you'll be annoyed by Full Tilt if you ever go back there, untill you're used to Full Tilt when you'll be annoyed by iPoker again. It's just a mental thing. And your opponents get the same time as you do.

I don't think it actually is. I think on MMM the clock counts down way too quick, feels like only 20 seconds or so.

Yea MMM has a 30s clock but its not actually 30 seconds, come one, someone has to be bored enough to count this

It's funny cause I haven't played on a site with a timebank very much in a long time (basically been crypto -> ipoker -> crypto -> betfair -> ipoker, with a long break somewhere post crypto).

I'm kinda used to it, it just always felt so short :P

Though when some fishcake is taking 10 seconds preflop before limping every hand it seems agonizingly slow.
