When I am down I like to gamble a little and play a reg at higher stakes. It is not the first time I do it (with different regs) but now is the first time I lost to him. Something like 5 buy ins, not so big for a 3-4 table HU, but as I was down 20k before...so I have to start grinding back now.

not so big..... for someone who occasionally shorstacks the 3/6 full ring it seems quite big to me.

It was my biggest lost in life (70k) but I said that 5 buyins it was not huge for a 3-4 table HU game.

...shortstacking 600 in the past? hm. Far, far away to be a rule. I want to experiment things or I forget to buy in the rest or I want to look like a scared fish for some new player.

Clark...I don't think I will have a problem to play smaller stakes. It will be interesting in how much time I will make 70k back. Anyway March is an even month. But I want to get back to that point to make peace with myself.

Anyway...when I tried that before (play high)....sometimes worked very well...sometimes not; it happens.
