kelisitaan just bought a house and we will need 1-3 roommates, we already have some interest but nothing has been set in stone. as of now we have 4 people living there (me, keli, keli's friend, and whitewhale) and the house can have up to 7 people but ideally only looking for 6. the house is 6,000 sq feet, 1.5 years old, and balla inside. it's located in west roxbury which is about 15 min at most from the good part of boston.

only cons are it doesn't look that balla from the outside and only has 2 garage spots (which u wont be able to use) but there is plenty of street parking/driveway. all rooms have very good space and since we have 5 and a half bathrooms most people will get their own bathroom. rent is room dependant but will be around 1,200 a month + utilities (which shouldnt be that bad because we are on gas heat with 5 zones).

everyone will be a poker player in the house and it will mostly be a grind house but we are all cool laid back people. if u are anal about 420/drinking, occasional parties, some noise at night (altho its a big house so it shouldnt be bad unless ur a super light sleeper), then please don't apply. he will have the house on may 1st but we are pretty flexible on move in dates (we'd accept people moving in right after the world series) but he would like u to commit for at least a year.
