Looking for low/mid stakes training

Looking for suggestions on what would be the best site/app to use for low/midstakes live cash games- to learn more advanced strategies, and start to learn more about gto.
I have been playing live for 7 years, but I don't know where to start when it comes to learning and studying.
Any advice is welcome. Thank you.

I like GTO Wizard both for studying spots and for the trainer. Supplant that with the CrushLivePoker YouTube videos and I think that should be pretty good.
