Weighted avg of 2 scales = 188 (+-2)

Set a PR tonight doing the 6th pullup in several sets. For perspective, I did my 2nd one in 2013.

I will lose 7kg/15lb in a month by means of no alcohol, no sugary snacks or drinks, no fries, very few complex carbs and a slight reduction in portion size and overall volume of food

Wifey has given me a macronutrient balanced approach to meals which I will use as a guide, if not to exact amounts.

Will keep exercising in the normal way, which is heavyish weights 4-5 times a week, but intend to walk up and down the 5 flights of stairs to my office a few times a day and also do a 15-20 min walk each lunchtime. Also have a **** load of work to do in my yard over the weekends

3 weeks in and I'm at 86.4, a loss of 5.9kg which is 13lbs.

Have trained 6 days a week for the past three weeks and done a load of heavy work in my yard. Then, have eaten really clean, cut down on volume and had no alcohol or sugar at all.

Have really started to notice the calorie deficit in the gym the past week, not so much losing strength, just taking more rest between sets and being tireder and sore for longer.

Actually don't mind feeling hungry during the days and actually feel sharper at work. Also sleeping heavier

Am having a blow out this afternoon for a family party and then back on the horse tomorrow. Hoping to drop another 3.5kg/8lbs and will then be threatening to take my shirt off at any/all opportunity

Just did a 3/4 mile swim and 1 mile run. Swim was tough but manageable, run was piece of cake.

Still only down 4-5 lbs from the start, but I am also feeling a lot better. My clothes are fitting much better.

I think the 15/20 goals are a bit more than I need or want to lose. Since I am competitive I will still try to get there. After seeing the results to date, I think 10-12 lbs is probably ideal.

trying to lose weight simply by doing lots of sports. biking and jogging like a madman last 3 weeks, but I just don´t lose weight. more or less in best condition since years tho, belly is getting smaller and smaller, but I just can´t decrease my kg. can´t be that I´m started eating like a fiend as well, can it?
whatever hehe

GGO Was doing 5x5 squats last night when a passerby told me I should reduce weight and do sets of 15. He was doin the type of overhead press where he lept and split his legs a bit, but only in sets of 5

Fell off the wagon in a big way and invested in 36 hours of debauchery. Gained 4lbs but hoping to piss and **** most of that out over the next two days

Tougher then it looks though, because the first five pounds is so easy. I lost 7 the first week and then had to work harder to lost 3 each of the next two.

Of course. This isn't my first (second or third) rodeo. Still supremely confident I can lose 12.5 more by 6/1

Eating right 5 outta 7 days a week is easy, it's the other two days that are hard. 2 bad days a week adds up to a month of bad eating over 4 months time. That's some ish right there.

31 minute run (2nd run to date)

Actually enjoyed parts of it

Sprinted the last 60-90 seconds

For those few seconds I got a small window into why I used to love running
