Villian 1: Relatively tight, not seemingly very intelligent or savvy player. Fit or fold seemingly. Was able to get all in preflop with AA early, after making it 6 preflop, getting reraised by another player, then shoving over the top and getting snapped off. Stack is roughly 250

Villian 2: Will make small 4x BB raises preflop, but is very tight and unwilling to get all of his money in without a total lock on the hand. Played a hand earlier where he flopped top set of TT on a two spade board, and did not get much money in the pot on either turn or river, then called a small bet on river when the flush hit, and kept saying how he was so worried about the possible flush when his hand held up. Stack is about 250

Hero: Playing tight also, this was a ridiculously tight table, but still did not get any cards whatsoever. Opening up and and playing pots from LP mostly, and being aggressive because people would constantly fold to cbets and double barrells. Stack is about 215.

3 players limp including both villains and hero checks BB w/ 9s6d

Flop Ts8c7s pot $8

Hero bets 5, Villains both call

3 way to the turn of Ac (pot $23)

Hero bets 10, villains both call

River is Th (pot $53)

Hero bets 25?

Did I play this hand terribly? What would you have done differently?

Will post results later.

Yeah, in general when we flop the nuts on a drawy board, I like to pot or more on the flop.
People look you up light. You will always get called by gut shot and flush draw, 2p and sets. Always.
You could go like $12-$15 on the flop and still expect 2 callers.
When this happens your turn bet should be something along the lines of $35 since there will be $50 into the pot.
If you get 2 callers, you will have a $~150 pot. Then you can bet $85 on the river. You now have the chance to make $200 instead of the possible $65 that you made.

Just food for thought.

Turn sizing ridiculously small. This a very draw heavy board with 2 flush draws and straight draws. Make them pay to see another card.

Bet $10 on flop. This is an easy situation to overbet, villains with anything will call $10 here and there are lots of draws you need to charge. On turn I would bet a more after getting two calls on flop, as played go $15.

River is ugly because boats and higher straights are possible but you there are still a lot of Tx hands you can get money from. I would guess bet/fold half the pot is probably right.

you can overbet otf. most ppl calling 5 are also calling 15 bc they are only aware of the size of the bet and not its relation to the size of the pot.

if you bet 15 and get both callers, pot ott will be 53 instead of 23, and now you have no problem playing for stacks.

At least 10 on flop if not 15, pot on turn shoving to a reraise, cool 100 on river

I was concerned I wouldn't get a call if I bet it too hard on the flop. But everyone makes some decent points. Anyway, I bet out 25 and they folded pretty damn quickly both of them.
