Can anyone tell me if PayPal transfers are still kinda sketchy? Only reason I ask is I have heard(or read?) about people scamming on PayPal bc they are able to somehow get transfers reversed(???).

Looking to sell some Lock $(up to $200) for PayPal but don't want to get in a sticky situation. PM me offers, willing to pay decent vig to get this done in the next day or so.

Amazon and others will void gift cards that are later proven to be fraudulently purchased with stolen credit cards.
They have even done this after the gift cards were redeemed but the recipient kept the funds in their own Amazon account.

Also Chase QP transfers have been tagged "approved" and then soon cancelled for different reasons.
That was in 2011 and I haven't heard of this happening in 2012.
