I just toss in 25$ thinking heck no one is going to call.
This is not what you want. Do you really want to win only $3 with aces? you didn't say your position, or if there were any limpers before you, so it's hard to give the appropriate sizing, but about $15 sounds good. You can go a bit big your first hand, as many will interpret it as an attempt to psych-out the table, but $25 is too much.
AP, pot is $50 on the flop, and you bet $30 on an A
K

board with top set. Not bad, but I'd go $40. Board is very wet, and he's not folding with a good piece of this if he called $25 pre. Def want to charge draws here and get as much in pot as possible. OTOH, you're so short that if he calls the $30, he'll be committed anyway.
AP, Turn pot is $110 on A
K

and you have top boat and only $45 behind. I don't mind the check, as it gives him a chance to catch up and maybe call river, and also makes him think maybe you had none of the board and were just c-betting flop. Putting it in here would be fine too, playing this short, but a check def makes it impossible for him to fold river.
AP, river pot is $110 and you shove for under a 1/2 pot bet with top boat on a 3-flush board. Totally standard. No way he's folding a flush there. Speech is bad, though, as it might have got him to lay down the weak TP if he hadn't flushed.
