Bankroll - I would say is 40BIs + 1BI for each table you play (assuming you multitable. If you are a consistent winner, bankroll is not really an issue because you make money regularly.
As for your definitions of pros, I would say more like (50,30,10) rather than your (20,10,5). But hard to define by just dollars, since some better players opt to play fewer hands.
Because by your defn, I would be a first class pro, and borderline top class if I put in enough hours, and that's just wrong.
If you're a winning player the amount of tables you play should be irrelevant cause your variance expectations per individual table do not change and thus you should have the same swings regardless.
TE, you are referring to my 40+1 comment? If so, then I only added the +1 to account for the initial buy in. To take an extreme example, say you never lose more than 10BIs. If you only have a 20BI roll (10+cushion), then you can't 16 table, because it'll cost you 16 of your 20 BIs just to get seated, and if you lose more than 4BIs, you can't rebuy.
