Villain is PlayinWitDreams who is a very solid LAG reg at 400nl though I don't play alot of RUSH with him/have any history.

He's 18/14/3% 3b AFq: 42% over 200 hands.

I choose to check the flop as his bet when check to is quite high (70%) and he is uber aggressive and will probably fire a few barrels.

When we get to the river I don't see any hand we can beat. He's never betting that much with a flopped set (being that I'm never calling with anything other than a higher set).

Mythinking is that he probably overbet w/ some kinda of equity (like AT w backdoor str8 draws or T9 for a gutshot). Bet smaller on the turn when he picks up extra equity and shoves river to get value almost sure I have turned or rivered a set. I can't see him ever turning anything into a bluff on this board.

Doesn't anyone like folding prior to the river? There was just something about the hand that made me feel like I was good on flop and turn and not on the river. Something about his sizing and timing of bets.

somethign with medium strength than somethign as strong as KK

cant he valuebet worse on this river (any set/top 2 etc)

I am a micro grinder, but saw just poke around the forums for fun. I have no clue how in god's name you can fold this hand? You specifically have to peg him on just A10 to fold this???? I doubt he has A10. He probably has KJ.

Odd, the way you played it, I think you got the exact result you should have wanted, and then you folded when you got the exact result you should have wanted. Really odd.

Why call the turn and fold this river? wtf?

I mean I guess I could see T9...AT? No way he fires the turn with that since you could easily CR there with overpair/set and make him fold.

I think you levelled yourself into folding here. He has a ton of lower sets and 2 pairs in his range on the river and your hand is way under-repped. Not saying he didn't have specifically T9, but no way his range isn't wide enough for you to be good the 30ish% you need to be to call.

Why are you using AFQ and Bet Flop IP when you have 200 hands on someone?

Rest of the hand is fail in so many ways in so many spots. You really need to think about what your doing when you c/c that flop. What your hand range looks like, how you plan to balance it, etc. Most likely its pretty unbalanced and super exploitable.

No real reason to comment on much else since its just lol
