Hey all. In trying to figure out the best way to learn from this hand, my 1st question is what would be Hero's range and my 2nd question is what would be in Villain's range and what should he do on the river? If any more info is needed, just let me know.

1/2 No Limit
V1 ($350): sat down about 45 mins ago with max buy in ($300), has been playing tight passive.
Hero ($350): is winning playing tight aggressive with a solid table image.

V1 (UTG) raise $10
V2 (CO+1) calls $10
H (CO) calls $10

Pot ~ $30 Flop: A65

V1 bets $15
V2 folds
H calls $15

Pot ~ $60 Turn: J

V1 bets $25
H calls $25

Pot ~ $110

V1 bets $25
H raises $125
V1?

Thanks!

I would think what kind of range my opponent puts me on and what my opponent also thinks I put him on. I call this level 2 poker 101, please mention hands but it doesn't really matter. Based on position and the board being semi monotone we are looking at the villian to fold unless he is a degen or has the magical nuts

I don't know what you consider tight aggressive and tight passive, so it is nearly impossible to put you or him on a range. In the 45 minutes he's been there, how many hands has he played?

Based on the betting pattern, he's either an inexperienced player ($25 is a lot of money) or he raised with Ace-Crap, which means he isn't tight passive. Without more information, I don't know which.
