Well, aren´t you answering yourself here? Adapt and play back more on regulars and keep playing as you do against fishes since they will not adapt obv.
10 bb/100 over 450k hands is a very good result so probably the changes you need to do are small I would say.
Since poker is about winning money, you are doing a good job. What is important is to maximize your bb/100 (or bb/h) so if your style is not the new hot thing (LAG) it doesn´t really matter unless you feel that you can make 15bb/100 or so playing LAG.
