Anyways you want better implied odds to set mine. The odds of flopping a set alone are 7.5:1 You also need to take into account times that your set doesn't hold up (especially when it's the smallest set) or you're not able to extract more $ later. When you're just learning you can use ~15:1 implied odds "rule" to give you the greenlight to setmine. You can go a bit lower vs aggro maniacs since they'll pay off lighter more often and higher vs better players that can fold overpairs postflop. Anyways, using 15:1 as our guide, since we're not $1500 effective or more, this is a snap fold preflop. In fact for a lot of good players, this is an open fold pre-flop from EP. Most people I know who do open 22-66 from EP profitably are far above average and usually sit much deeper than average 5/1/2 games. They'll know exactly why they're taking a risk with a hand that has terrible post flop playability out of position.
tl;dr: fold pre.
