villain is billybob8 who plays something like 23/18/7 and seems to play pretty well. He's a reg at 5/10 and I've played with him plenty before all though I don't have any notes on him.

I can't think of any value in betting the turn, but I feel like his range is wide enough I shouldn't be c/f'ing.

However the river completes the OESD and his bet looks like pure value. Is this an easy fold on the river? Should I be b/f'ing the turn?
