Hi all,
I was playing some 1/2NHL live today and it was my first time playing live in a while. Max buy in was £400 (200bb) but most people were in for 100bb or even less so I bought in for 100bb.
There were so many UTG limpets and family limped pots as well as Q3o at showdowns that I was confused as to what my strategy should be. I adopted the typical abc stragetgy and managed to double up my stack with a few nice hands but would be interested to hear other people's advice on what the best strategy and approach to these types of tables should be.
Thanks

Do some searches, there are a lot of posts that talk about this kind of issue.
The basic idea is that ABC play is a good starting point at typical 1/2 live tables. Everything after that is optimizing for your specific situation. Your table sounds exceptionally loose/passive/stationary, at those games play very tight in EP and loosen up a bit in LP. Your trying to flop the best hand or a good draw. You will be check/folding a lot of flops. Watch out of people limp/calling with AK/AQ that will make middle aces very dangerous at those games.
