First question:

Are you trying to "out" Kydd in order to justify not paying him what you owe? Like if we all agree you are in the right (which no one does) you would feel that you do not owe him any money.

Now if the answer is yes, which I don't expect it to be, then we can end all of this nonsense and we would know you are FOS. I fully expect the answer to be no though.

So if your answer is no then I say to you this:

The best thing to do is get this resolved and get squared up. What you have stated thus far does not shine Kydd in any bad light. Even the person you most respect on the forums (Sol) has pretty much said that. Even if you think he is the worst person in the world it really doesn't matter. If you owe him money then pay that man his money. If you can't get straight what you owe him then that is your fault. You're going to have lay in the bed you made, which in this case is not keeping accurate records. Quit beating around the bush and work out some kind of payment plan.

Seriously, what value does all of this add to your life? This is all negativity. Ponder that question. If you don't come to the conclusion that there is no value in all of this then you are lost.

I think the resolution should be this. Kydd says he is owed by Dhcg either 10k or 11k (depending on the online game). DHCG says he is owed hotel costs. Avg of 365 and 265 is 315. 315*14/4=1102.50. I divide by 4 because others, including yourself, were staying in the room and 1102 would be Kydd's share. Basically 1100. Avg of 11k and 10k is 10.5k, Ldo. 10.5k-1100 = 9400. Pay Kydd (if he agrees) $9,400. Work out whatever terms. It is a fair resolution on dhcg's side, and Kydd even though he is losing money he gets paid.

Or you can keep babbling and hope you never have to pay. You talk all this stuff about being honorable and how much of a man you are. Time to prove it. A man takes care of his responsibilities. He does not run from them. Cowards run. Cowards try to angle shoot and get out of what they are responsible for. If you want people to take you serious and possibly stake you in the future then you are going to have to man up and take care of business.
