March Madness is really heating up.

Last game
has gone to overtime, and remains too close to call as of this writing. Bet Sizing and Scared Money are tied at four votes apiece.

This weak pits Percula's early classic Table Image vs CallMeVernon's first COTM: Planning a Hand.

Usual rules: Cannot answer poll until you have read/re-read both threads. The winner is not the COTM with the best OP, but the one you think is the best overall.

And, go!

I went with Planning a Hand, mostly because Table Image doesn't discuss the most important image consideration when playing against average rec players (winning or losing) at all, and doesn't even bring it up until the second to last post.

I chose planning a hand.
I just love almost all of it.
Very useful, powerful stuff.
A lot of golden nuggets of information.

Image won for me. Mostly because I am able to take advantage of it. Especially with my inordinate amount of FE.

I also thought the overall discussion was more an addition to the thread rather than anecdotal.

Game three now over. Betsizing defeats Scared Money in OT.

Now, who will be Notre Dame, and who Wichita State in this matchup? Re-read these fine threads and get your votes in!

voted for image, bc the rare times i play live i don´t really think about that or give it sec thoughts which is prob a big leak, and bc planning a hand is fundamentally wrong imo (although nicely written, and certainly useful, it´s just not how one should approach a poker hand i think)

Easy choice actually: planning a hand. Alongside ranging opponents throughout the hand, planning the hand is probably the most valuable tool i have in my arsenal when playing.

Great opening post by Vernon and several good posts further in the thread also.
